Garfeild

This reminds me of a Garfield comic where Lyman says to Odie, "Odie, look what you did on the floor!" He then takes out a rolled-up newspaper and paddles Odie with it, yelling "No!" several times while Odie yelps. Garfield, who saw the whole thing, says, "They should've named him Spot." That was pricelessly hilarious! I remember hearing a similar joke on a PBS show where a little girl says to her brother, regarding her brother's dog, "You should've named him Puddles, since he makes puddles."
